Embattled Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) Secretary General Wilson Sossion has vowed not to resign.
Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, Sossion accused TSC of meddling in KNUT’s affairs through “lies, propaganda and cheap campaigns.”
“I’m not quitting…I’m not quitting…and I cannot be removed, forget about it, no matter how much money they use, I am not on trial. I will only go home if the delegates say so,” said the vocal KNUT boss.
He said the Kenya Nations Union of Teachers is not government property to be dictated.

On Wednesday, Labour CS Phyllis Kandie listed the ODM nominated MP among others in a notice to vacate immediately.
“This notification to vacate office applies to all trade union officials holding either nominated or elective positions in any county assembly or Parliament,” Kandie said.
Sossion is opposed to implementation of new curriculum – 2-6-6-3 – saying it is a “tragedy in a making”.
