Family in Kisii Camps At The Father’s Grave After Their House is Illegally Demolished

The residents of Gatenga, Bomachoge ,Chache Kisii county were in shock after realizing a mother and her seven children had nowhere to stay after their house was demolished.

It is said that the family was staying in a little house that the late husband left them. The woman said that the late husband was possessing a two acre piece of land but when he passed on there was nothing left behind.

It is said that her in-laws took advantage of her situation and grabbed the land, took away her animals and went to the extended of demolishing her house.

The aim of demolishing the house was to kick her with the seven children out. She claimed that the in-laws never needed her presence their children since the late husband died.

Since she had no place to shelter from she decided to camp in her husband’s grave as they grieved. The woman who revealed that she has no one to fight for he justice asked for well wishers to rescue her situation.
