The whistleblowers contacted the national construction authority over development of a two storey building irregularly and without approval to accommodated the learners.
The county government, National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and the water resources authority have also been addressed over the matter.
This has led to massive arrests of the school administration personnel this week halting learning activities in the institution.

Some children aged 10 years and below are now being accommodated as boarders in the school which has no approved learning facilities.

A sitting Cabinet Secretary reportedly influenced the decision as well.
