Business mogul and The New Democrats (TND) party leader, Dr. Thuo Mathenge, has called on political leaders to shift their focus from succession politics and instead prioritize development and service delivery.
Speaking during an interview with Newsline media, Dr. Mathenge emphasized the need for leaders to concentrate on economic growth, job creation, and improving livelihoods rather than engaging in premature political maneuvering.
“The constant talk about succession distracts from real issues affecting Kenyans. Leaders must focus on creating opportunities, empowering youth, and driving economic transformation,” he stated.

“Kenyans are looking for solutions to everyday challenges like the high cost of living, unemployment, and food security. This should be our top priority as leaders,” he added.
Dr. Mathenge further stated that The New Democrats (TND) party is committed to promoting peace and unity across the country, urging Kenyans to embrace dialogue and work towards a more united and prosperous nation.
