Coca-Cola has launched its 2024 Christmas Caravan Tour, bringing festive cheer and celebrating kindness with communities across the country. Inspired by the spirit of Santa Claus, the campaign aims to unite friends, families, and neighbors through unforgettable experiences, exciting rewards, and acts of generosity.
Kicking off at Coca-Cola’s bottling partner, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa’s Embakasi plant in Nairobi, the caravan will travel to markets nationwide throughout December, spreading the magic of the season and reminding Kenyans of the joy found in togetherness.
As part of the festivities, Coca-Cola customers will receive giveaways that include live goats (mbuzi), chickens (kuku), fish, flour, and gift hampers. These prizes are designed to add a special touch to holiday celebrations, helping families create cherished memories over shared meals and moments of connection.
“It’s not Christmas until Coca-Cola says so. Today, we officially declare the start of the festive season,” said Ampher Apidi, Experiential Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in Kenya.
“We invite everyone to join hands, share a Coke, a meal, and spread the joy of the holidays together.”
The Christmas Caravan campaign underscores Coca-Cola’s belief in the “Real Magic” of human connections. The caravans will provide opportunities for people to embrace their inner Santa, spreading joy through simple acts of kindness.
“Christmas for Coca-Cola has always been about more than just festivities—it’s about celebrating the power of coming together. This year, we aim to evoke cheer and foster togetherness by delivering magical, kindness-led experiences to communities across Kenya,” added Apidi.
To enhance the holiday spirit, Coca-Cola has partnered with malls and supermarkets nationwide.
The Christmas Caravan Tour is a call to action for Kenyans to celebrate the season by spreading kindness and reconnecting with loved ones. Coca-Cola’s campaign emphasizes that the real spirit of Christmas lies in the joy we share and the bonds we strengthen.
As Christmas and the New Year approach—two of the most beloved holidays in Kenya—Coca-Cola invites everyone to experience the magic of the season. Let’s celebrate together, spread kindness, and make this holiday season unforgettable.
