ICT Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo held a high-level meeting with Romania’s Ambassador to Kenya, Gentiana Serbu, to explore opportunities for enhanced bilateral cooperation in the technology sector.
The productive discussions focused on key areas such as skills transfer, technology exchange, and digital innovation.
Speaking after the meeting, CS Kabogo emphasized the potential for Kenya and Romania to leverage their expertise for mutual benefit.

“This engagement highlighted excellent opportunities for Kenya and Romania to collaborate in areas critical to our digital transformation agenda. By fostering skills transfer and technology exchange, we can accelerate innovation and growth in the ICT sector,” said Kabogo.
The meeting is expected to pave the way for partnerships that will empower Kenyan youth through technology-driven education and training while encouraging investments in digital infrastructure and solutions.
