When he came to the city from his sleepy village in Nyandarua, Lawrence Njuguna Wagura now popularly known as DJ Fatxo aimed at accomplishing his music and deejaying talents.
The now fast-rising mugithi singer did menial jobs to survive and one time he was employed by DJ Macdee Top Mc, now of Kameme TV, as his beba beba guy in 2018.
Fatxo work was to lift the heavy music equipment from one point to the other, load and unload it from the vehicle.
He was given the job because of his muscular body. He worked for Digital Sounds Entertainment.
In 2018 he was a beba beba guy.
Macdee remembers him as a hardworking man who was determined to succeed in what he aspired to be.
“His handwork and dedication have been greatly rewarded by God. Keep Winning Bazuu” Macdee told the singer.
Four years later Fatxo is producing hit songs that are shaking airwaves, clubs and Youtube.
He worked as DJ of the Sailors before jumping into music, releasing hit songs like Ndi Mang’a (I am drunk), Tuinuke Twi Kong’o (We go home drunk), Uthoni (dowry) and Inji Ikaga (The ‘engine’ goes missing) and others.

Music has taken him great heights and now he hangs out with prominent personalities from Mt Kenya and notable artists like Samidoh and Jose Gatutura who hails from his county.
He is also the founder of Dope Unit Entertainment.
He was part of musicians who performed during Mashujaa Day fete which was held in Kirinyaga county and his performance was extolled.
The artist has also secured handsome deals with property dealers like Lesedi Developers Limited.
