Faith Mwikali Ndiwa in Court Over Alleged KEMSA Contract Fraud

Ndiwa’s alleged involvement in fraudulent activities raises significant concerns regarding transparency and accountability in public health procurement. Prosecutors claim she forged a contract amendment between KEMSA and Ashley Dylan Limited on March 7, 2022, intending to defraud KEMSA of substantial funds.

In addition to forgery, Ndiwa faces a fraud charge for allegedly obtaining over Sh25 million from Jude Olabayo Veracruz under false pretenses of securing a KEMSA contract for her company, Ashley Dylan Limited.
