Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has his lawyers to blame over his tribulations in regard to the Impeachment case.
The lawyers have been blamed for failing to read the signs and writings on the wall in relation to his Impeachment that is expected to be confirmed by the courts.
Politician and business consultant Johnson Oduk now says that the DP should now start thinking of his next move after the High Court lifter orders blocking the swearing-in of Prof Kindiki Kithure as the new DP.
The court made the decision pending hearing and determination of the case filed by Mr Gachagua who challenged his ouster.
Justice Eric Ogola,Fredah Mugambi and Anthony Mrima in their decision cited need for continuity of the deputy president’s office.
Mr Oduk now says the court has agreed with the defendants in the case that this is largely about the safety of the country rather than that of the DP.
” We said from the start that this is a political issue and Rigathi was not going to solve it through courts. In the end,his lawyers have let him down,” Oduk said
