Popular media personality, Chebet Birir has honoured Robert Kigame as father figure as he turns 56 today. Chebet stated that she first met Kigame as a small child through her mother.
Speaking to Tuko, Chebet revealed his father died in 2018 and the gospel artist stepped in and took on the role of a father in her life. He was always there for her and made sure she got everything.
” From the start, he believed in my aspirations and abilities. He constantly pushed me to accomplish more and be better. He has always shown me the road when I am lost. It’ s incredible how he never fails to find a solution to my concerns.

She stated that the politician always directed her when she became disoriented, adding that the man of God also helped her financially.
” He prayed for me constantly. I know God listens to him when he prays. . . because I have witnessed his prayers work numerous times, ” she continued.
This comes just after Kigame stated that if elected to the Kenyan presidency, he will assure universal access to education. The evangelist- turned- politician stated that pupils aged twenty- one and under will be admitted free of charge.
” I would invest in education so that I could provide free education to every child between the ages of zero and twenty- one, ” Kigame stated.
Kigame stated that it was more expensive for a government to keep children out of school than it was to educate them.
He explained that the former would result in the government incurring losses as a result of allocating funds to combat drug abuse, alcoholism, FGM, and child marriages.
