Drama ensued at Lugari Primary School in Kakamega County after what transpired on the first day of the national KCPE examinations.
Reports indicate that officials overseeing the examinations at Lugari Primary School were forced to photocopy the question papers for 23 Pupils whose question paper did not come as they were unregistered.

The 23 Pupils were already seated in the classroom waiting for the papers but it turned out they were not catered for.
This prompted the officials to look for alternative way to address this issue quickly. Yesterday the papers were English, English composition and Mathematics.
Western Regional Director of Education, Stephen Baringo while speaking to the media over this issue noted that they were working to resolve this matter as the national exams continues.
He further stated that they working with officials around the area to determine what happened to the registration of the pupils and once found out, it will be made public.
The KCPE now has entered the second day across the country as the examinations expected to be finalized tomorrow.

Pros Nice eyeliner and what an unusual color. I hope you feel better soon.–Sony nailscontext.blogspot Have you got a favourite eyeliner you use? 韓國連線 She goes to Seoul Official Store BBIA Last Water Eyeliner 2ml Waterproof If you are looking for an eyeliner to create a dramatic look without leaving you with panda eyes, the BBIA Last Pen Eyeliner is a good option. The sharp black colour can be used to create either a thin or thick line with a matte finish. The smudge-proof formula also means it will won’t move once the ink is applied. But anyway, for a natural makeup look, brown liner is a great alternative to black as it looks less harsh and contrasts less. Even in pen form it looks softer. I’d also heard BBia’s gel eyeliner has some great staying power which was a perfect reason for me to give it a go.

PRO TIP #1: Magnetic liner can be thick, making it trickier to apply smoothly. Apply your normal eyeliner first to create a sharp line, then add the magnetic liner closest to your lash line so you don’t have to worry about it looking messy. Magnetic lashes use (you guessed it) magnets rather than lash glue to stay put on your eyelids. There are currently two kinds on the market: During the wind test, I did have one lash casualty, so I wouldn’t say that Eylure is 100 percent windproof. However, the beauty of magnetic liner is that even if a lash or two fall off, you don’t have to wear a crooked strip of falsies all night. Because the lashes stick to magnets and not a glue that will dry up, you can reposition them as many times as you need. Overall, hats off for good eyeliner and lash quality, but you might have to do a bit more work when applying them.
