Mizani Africa: Its a tight delicate Gubernatorial Race at the Coast.

The Mombasa Gubernatorial race appears to be one of the tightest race with three influential businessmen fighting head to head to clinch the coveted race.

Abdul Swamad, according to leading research pollstar Mizani Africa, is highly tipped to clinch the Mombasa Gubernarial seat going by his strong grassroot network.

According to data analysts John Ben and Ziporah Umile, Swamad has taken an early lead with 37.3 % with UDA torch bearer Hassan Omar and wealthy businessman Suleman Shahbal following each other in that order with 28.1% and 22 respectively.

Nevertheless another great shocker if elections were held today, could see Likoni Legislator Mishi Mboko going home.

Ahmed Salama who has won the hearts of many critics is tipped to win the Likoni seat with a huge margin of 44% compared to his closest rival Yakub Obado with 26 %. Incumbent Mboko has been dumped to third spot with a paltry 16%.

Businessman Badi Twalib popularity is beginning to pay dividents . He has started to build a huge gap at kwa Jomvu parliamentary seat by taking a 51.4 % lead against his archival Ochieng Githinji with 16.8 %.
Benson Thoya is a distant third with 13.5 %.

UDA Mombasa Gubernatorial candidate Hassan Omar has vowed to beat top favourite Abdul Swamad in the eagerly awaited polls as indicated by Mizani Africa.

In the Senatorial race, Mohamed Faki leads in the race with 36.3 % followed by Hamisi Mwaguya with 20.3%.Mohamed Amir comes third with 19.9%.

Asha Hussein who has been influential on the ground is highly tipped to win the Women Reps position. Abdalla is breathing closely in Second spot with 21.9% while Zamzam chimba comes third with 17.4%.The polls were conducted between March 15-25 respectively.

In Nyali, Mohamed Ali popularly known as Jicho pevu is destined to retain his Parliamentary seat with a massive 73.3 %.

Millicent Odhiambo stands second in the Mizani Africa projection with 12.1 while Chrispus Waithaka comes third with a paltry 6.9 percent.
