The Optiven Diaspora team, dedicated to empowering Kenyans residing and working in various parts of the United Kingdom, continued their mission throughout September.
Their efforts culminated in a special visit from Optiven Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. George Wachiuri, who toured different cities in the UK, inspiring Kenyans to invest in their homeland.
During his visit, delighted Kenyans had the opportunity to connect with the Optiven UK team over meals, including dinners and lunches, as well as a specially organized comedy show held in East London on September 6, 2023.

Addressing the attendees at the comedy show, Mr. Wachiuri expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “It was wonderful meeting with over 500 Kenyans in East London during the comedy event organized by Princess Ottach, a Kenyan based in the UK.”
Wachiuri also took the opportunity to extend his appreciation to the Kenyan community for their enthusiastic turnout during the Optiven tour in various cities, including London, Milton Keynes, Luton, Manchester, Northampton, Oxford, Bedford, Reading, and Nottingham.
In the year 2023, Optiven has intensified its engagement with the Kenyan diaspora, fulfilling its promise to Kenyans living and working in different continents across the world.
