Optiven Group, a leading player in the Kenyan real estate sector, has launched an Exclusive Mentorship Program aimed at empowering emerging professionals and strengthening the real estate industry.
The initiative, spearheaded by Dr. George Wachiuri, CEO of Optiven Group, is designed to bridge the gap between established industry players and aspiring leaders.
In a statement shared through his social media pages, Dr. Wachiuri emphasized the critical role mentorship plays in shaping the future of the industry.
“As a big brand, we need to have insightful expertise, grow our network, and share resources,” said Dr. Wachiuri. “This mentorship program offers an incredible opportunity to not only share our knowledge but also to learn from the next generation of leaders who will drive the future of real estate in Kenya and beyond.”
The program will connect experienced real estate agents and industry professionals with young talent, providing a platform for knowledge sharing, professional development, and networking.
“The first 40 people to register will be considered for the program, where you will be trained on how to sell, pitch, close deals, and become millionaires. We will use one of our Vipingo properties as a sample, and during the mentorship, each sale will be compensated with a 5% commission. Please note that the mentorship sessions will be virtual, held twice a week, Kenyan time.” Wachiuri said.
The mentorship initiative is expected to foster innovation, collaboration, and business growth across the sector.
Wachiuri added that by investing in the development of emerging professionals, Optiven is contributing to the long-term success of the industry.
“The future of real estate depends on the success of the next generation of leaders,” Dr. Wachiuri added. “We are excited to play a part in their journey and to ensure that they are equipped with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to succeed.”
Interested real estate professionals are invited to join the program by signing up through the official Optiven website.
