During an interview with the media, Optiven CEO George Wachiuri said that Garden of Joy was his dream idea that he has come to reality.

He said that the project is tucked off Kangundo Road and near Koma and has the state of the arts design with international tastes.

“The Garden of Joy is an all-inclusive community development located at the heart of Machakos County, off Kangundo road, approximately 58 KM from the CBD, 1.3km off the tarmac, 7 minutes drive from Koma Town, and 45km from JKIA,” he said.

He said they have placed water points at every frontage of the plot to allow customers to easily connect water into their plots when building.

He said that the existence of numerous water points makes it faster to start building upon payment and fixing the water meter.

Wachiuri further said that Optiven has planted hundreds of trees along the roads.

“These trees that have been planted by Optiven are now about 10 feet tall, they create an awesome ambiance and many customers building their homes in this four-star project off Koma tarmac Road can’t but keep appreciating this value addition, “he said.
