Reportage Properties Partners with SSS Developers to Launch Verdana Project in Dubai

Reportage Properties, a global real estate giant valued at over $7 billion and operating in more than 14 countries, has partnered with Kenya’s leading luxury real estate developer, SSS Developers, to launch a new project called Verdana in Dubai.

This collaboration aims to provide affordable luxury housing options for Kenyans.

During the project’s launch, SSS Marketing Director Mr. Kingmax Mbarire highlighted the rising demand for executive houses in Dubai, emphasizing the necessity of this investment.

He pointed out that the continued increase in sales and the promotion of real estate projects underscore their strong performance and ability to adapt to market changes noting that by offering distinguished real estate units that cater to various investor segments, they continue to launch new projects that meet customer requirements.

He said the Potential investors will be offered flexible installment payment plans of 3 years .

“Pension funds in Kenya, high-net-worth individuals, chamas, and religious organizations can invest their money here and expect a very good return on investment,” Mr. Mbarire stated.

He also highlighted SSS Developers’ significant investments in the Kenyan real estate market, with plans to launch three additional projects worth over $100 million in the coming year.

These projects are expected to create 500 direct jobs and 2,000 jobs through the value chain, directly impacting the Kenyan economy.

Mr. Mbarire encouraged Kenyans to seize this investment opportunity, assuring them of high returns.

“I would like to request Kenyans to take advantage of the project and invest with us. We have been in the market for a long time and will deliver on our promises,” he said.

He further explained that Dubai’s real estate market is experiencing stable growth, reflecting the strength and attractiveness of the sector in the region.

He concluded that the Verdana project marks a significant milestone in the partnership between Reportage Properties and SSS Developers, promising to bring a new level of affordable luxury to the Kenyan market in Dubai.
