Akurinu bishop Nduati wa Mwangi who revealed he drinks alcohol openly has received some threats.
Nduati said there are some Akurinu faithful insulting and threatening him because he put the church in bad light.
Though he has not yet disclosed their names, it can now be revealed that one of the people threatening him is a gospel musician known as Daniel Kamburi.
Kamburi who is also a member of the Akurinu church has openly insulted Nduati and said they are planning to take some severe actions on him.
The bishop has been drinking alcohol for over 15 years since he was in secondary school and still that time he was a member of the church.
He is also nickname Hezeh Junior, a name that has angered some Akurinu who claim him associating with the respected musician Hezeh Ndung’u has affected family of Ndung’u.

Kamburi has vowed he will make Nduati regret why he came out and spoke about his odd love for alcohol.
Kamburi attacked Nduati calling him harsh words like uncircumcised boy, which he repeated severally in Kikuyu language.
He stated; “There is a k***i that has angered Akurinu in a big way. He claims to be son of Hezeh Ndung’u but he is a liar. He said openly he drinks alcohol. Let him know that will turban will strangle him to death”.
Kamburi said they are angry because Nduati has allegedly brought trouble in the marriage of Hezeh Ndung’u.
“He is destroying the marriage of Ndung’u whose wife is now asking when the husband sired that man and why he was not told about it” Kamburi purported.
Akurinu community is unhappy with Nduati’s confession of drinking alcohol.
Adding; “Ndung’u children are adults and are asking their father about this man claiming to be their brother”.
However, Nduati has not claimed to be son of Hezeh Ndung’u.
Nduati who is Bishop of Prophetic Ambassador of Christ International Church loves entertaining revelers in bars and other events at a fee.
