Ruiru: CEO Businessman Who Gifted Omosh sued as clients cry foul in land saga

A Kiambu land selling company is embroiled in a row with one of it’s founders a move that is likely to affect the investment of many customers who hav purchased land with the company.

Caroline Wangari Mburu has sued Zero Hero Properties Limited for wrongful dismissal saying her termination of service was not guaranteed given it was malicious .

The case is coming up for hearing before Ruiru Law Courts.

Even as this happens, customers who have bought land with Zero Hero Properties Limited have complained to this publication how they have been duped into instant title deeds only for them to take only years.

Zero Hero Properties is owned by Israel Joseph who is a former employee of Banda Homes and collapsed Urithi Housing cooperative society.

” All what we want to know is when will we get our title deeds for matuu after we paid in full.The bad thing is that we bought land that is under someone’s name yet when they were marketing it they told us the title deed was under Zero Hero Properties Limited name,” one of the client who has been chasing his title deed told this publication
