Several people have been injured at a construction site along Taza Lane, City Park Drive Parklands as the work was hastily and irregularly in progress.
Scaffolds on the building on plot number LR 209/7549 under construction came tumbling down on Sunday morning injuring the people working at the site.
Court orders have been issued stopping further developments citing noncompliance with the required laws and has no appropriate sewer line.
It remains a puzzle how the 91 two and three bedroom houses estimated to accommodate over 700 people will operate without a well established sewerline.
The developer has been illegally carrying out the work at night and on Sundays flouting the laws and snubbing court orders.
The site has no professional engineers and architects risking the lives of the area residents in case the building slumps.
Upto four people have lost lives at the site whose developer is Ameey Homes Ltd.
