Forest road main suspect was arrested today trying to go out of the country. The man had been taken to a DCI for further Interogation.
The suspect identified as Zacharia Nyaora was arrested after lab report indicated that he was the ring leader of the rogue bodaboda who assaulted the Zimbabwean diplomatic woman.
Speaking with the DCI offices, Zacharia Nyaora said that he never made the decision by himself. Rather, he was advised by his friends that if he flies outside the country he will be safe.
To be specific, he stated that he was to go to Tanzania where he thought was safe.
“I was told by my friends to run away and start a life in Tanzania. They informed me that Tanzania is at a lower rank compared to Kenya therefore I will not have anything to worry about,” Zacharia Nyaora said while he was being Interogated at the DCI offices near to the place he was arrested.
