TECNO Kenya has officially launched its flagship store at Sarit Centre, an upmarket mall in the heart of Westland’s. This new location will come in handy and serve customers in this side of Nairobi and its environs who find it inconvenient to go to town.
TECNO is also hoping to increase its brand awareness and attract new customers with its Sarit Centre store.
TECNO says that the store covers a huge footprint when compared to other smartphone stores located inside the mall.
The experience store is located at Sarit’s ground floor next to Anisuma Electronics and will offer premium services to TECNO’s customers.
They’re stands that showcase the company’s smartphones including the its flagship TECNO Phantom X, its midrange TECNO Camon 18 Premier, TECNO Camon 18, its entry level devices TECNO Spark 8P, TECNO Pova and TECNO POP series.
Other smartphone accessories will also be available at the store.
TECNO will also be offering after sales services three days a week depending on the needs of the customers.
The company is offering discounts up to Khs 2300 during this grand opening week and will run from today 11th February to 18th February. Customers also get to win instant gifts after every purchase.
The new flagship store will offer customers a chance to interact with quality and affordable smartphones and accessories plus customer service.
The company has partnered up with Safaricom to offer its Lipa Mdogo Mdogo program that lets customer purchase smartphones and pay in installments.
TECNO Smartphones in this plan include the:
- Neon Ray Pro: Deposit Ksh 500 once and Ksh 20 daily
- TECNO Spark 7: Deposit Ksh 3000 once and Ksh 50 daily
- TECNO Camon 17: Deposit Ksh 5000 once and Ksh 80 daily
